TurboPull is developed by Krupesh Raut Digital. This page explains how information is handled when you visit this website or contact us, and describes the current app’s local download behavior.

This website

This launch website does not include an account system, newsletter form, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts. Fonts and brand assets are served with the website. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies.

The infrastructure used to deliver the website may process technical information, such as your IP address, requested pages, browser information, and security logs, to serve pages and protect the service. Infrastructure providers apply their own retention and security practices.

When you email us

If you contact us, we receive your email address, your message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer your request, provide support, and maintain relevant correspondence. We do not use support emails to enroll you in marketing messages.

Download information in the app

The current TurboPull app saves download history and unfinished parts locally on your Mac. Downloaded files go to the folder you choose. A download connects to its source website or server, which can receive your IP address and request details under its own privacy practices. TurboPull does not route your downloaded files through a TurboPull storage service.

Download URLs can contain sensitive tokens. Keep that in mind before sharing app diagnostics, history, or links with support.

Purchases and license activation

Checkout and public license activation are not available yet. Before they are enabled, this policy will be updated to identify the payment and licensing providers, the information they process, and how activation data is handled.

Requests and changes

For questions about information you have shared with us, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email krupesh@turbopull.com. We may retain information where it is needed to resolve a request or meet applicable obligations. We will update this page when our practices change.
