TurboPull is developed by Krupesh Raut Digital. This page explains how information is handled when you visit this website or contact us, and describes the current app’s local download behavior.

This website

This website does not use third-party advertising trackers. TurboPull uses email verification for new trials, without a password or a payment card. Fonts and brand assets are served with the website. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies.

The infrastructure used to deliver the website may process technical information, such as your IP address, requested pages, browser information, and security logs, to serve pages and protect the service. Infrastructure providers apply their own retention and security practices.

Website measurement

We use a small first-party script on the home, download, installation, guides and purchase pages to count page views, installer-download clicks and checkout-button clicks. For untagged arrivals, a recognized Google or Bing referring hostname can select a search-source category; search terms and raw referring URLs are not sent. It sends only a known campaign or search-source label, the page category and the action to our website. We store daily totals, without individual event records, visitor identifiers, raw referring URLs, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, emails, license keys or app download history in these marketing totals. The counters cover a rolling 90-day window; older totals are removed when subsequent measurement requests arrive.

A campaign label may remain in links as you move between these pages. No analytics cookies or browser storage are used. Repeated visits and clicks can be counted more than once, and these totals do not identify unique people, completed installations or purchases. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this measurement. You can also browse the launch pages without measurement for this visit. Short-lived API abuse-prevention records and infrastructure processing are separate, as described on this page.

An owner-only launch report shows these counters alongside aggregate verified-trial starts, current optional-email consent counts and product-specific payment/refund totals from Dodo. These are separate totals: we do not connect a website visitor or search query to an installed trial, and do not expose customer emails or payment details in the report.

When you email us

If you contact us, we receive your email address, your message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer your request, provide support, and maintain relevant correspondence. We do not use support emails to enroll you in marketing messages.

Download information in the app

The current TurboPull app saves download history and unfinished parts locally on your Mac. Downloaded files go to the folder you choose. A download connects to its source website or server, which can receive your IP address and request details under its own privacy practices. TurboPull does not route your downloaded files through a TurboPull storage service.

Download URLs can contain sensitive tokens. Keep that in mind before sharing app diagnostics, history, or links with support.

App updates

TurboPull checks for signed app updates at turbopull.com. Update requests can include the installed app version and macOS version and expose your IP address to the hosting infrastructure. Optional system profiling is disabled. You can control automatic checks in Settings.

Trial email verification and optional marketing

When you start a new trial, you enter your email address in TurboPull and confirm a six-digit code sent by email. We use Resend to deliver these verification messages. It processes your email address and message-delivery information; see Resend’s privacy policy. A code lasts 10 minutes, is tied to the requesting Mac, and is stored as a keyed cryptographic digest. A new trial starts only after successful verification. Existing trials keep their original expiry.

The marketing checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Your trial works whether you choose it or not. Only if you opt in may Krupesh Raut Digital email you TurboPull tips, product news, and offers. Verification messages do not subscribe you by themselves. We store your verified email address, the consent decision, wording version, time and source. We do not add your address to a third-party marketing list through this activation flow.

You can withdraw marketing consent through Settings → License → Email preferences, a preferences link in a marketing email, or by contacting krupesh@turbopull.com. Withdrawing does not affect your trial or purchased license. Trial and payment messages needed to provide a requested service are separate from optional marketing. No marketing emails are sent automatically by the trial-verification flow.

Expired verification records are removed on subsequent email-service requests after a maximum eligibility window of 24 hours beyond code expiry. Unsubscribed email addresses are removed from our trial-contact table on subsequent requests once 180 days have passed since the last verification. We keep subscribed addresses until consent is withdrawn or you request deletion; the same 180-day trial-contact limit then applies. Hashed email identifiers, original trial dates and consent records are retained to prevent repeated trials, honor opt-outs and resolve support requests. Email-abuse limits use keyed identifiers for the address, installation and IP, with records expiring within two days and removed on subsequent requests. Provider and infrastructure logs follow their providers’ retention practices.

Purchases and license activation

Payments and license delivery are provided by Dodo Payments. At checkout, Dodo processes the contact, billing, payment, and transaction information you provide. We do not receive or store your full card details. Dodo sends your receipt and license information by email. Your license also appears on the verified purchase confirmation page. For trial verification, TurboPull sends your email address, code, marketing preference and a randomly generated installation identifier. For paid activation, it sends the installation identifier and your license key to our licensing service over HTTPS. We store trial-contact details as described above, hashed installation identifiers, trial dates, hashed license keys, payment/customer references, and activation records to enforce the trial and two-Mac limit. Dodo receives a hashed installation identifier as the activation name. We do not send your hardware serial number, downloaded files, or download history to the licensing service.

Your Mac stores its installation identifier, license key, signed offline access record, any pending email challenge and email-preferences link in Keychain. These records normally survive uninstalling the app and are not synchronized to another Mac. The website sets an essential, HttpOnly receipt cookie for up to two days to verify your checkout. Short-lived hashed IP records limit repeated API requests; they expire after two minutes and are removed during subsequent requests. Trial and activation records are retained while needed to operate licensing, prevent repeated trials, and resolve support requests.
