CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
Terms & license.

This website describes TurboPull, a native Mac download manager developed by Krupesh Raut Digital. TurboPull is available for macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon and Intel Macs. Download the app for a 14-day trial without a payment card, or purchase a license.
Activation and offline access
Starting a trial and activating a license require internet access. New trials require email verification and last 14 days from successful verification. Returning email addresses and installations keep their original trial expiry; reinstalling or verifying again does not restart the trial. Existing trials are preserved. Marketing consent is optional and is not required for access. Trials do not convert automatically into a payment or subscription. A paid license permits one person to activate two Macs and use the purchased major version permanently. An online license check renews up to 30 days of offline access. Refunds or revoked licenses take effect at the next online check or when that offline period ends. Deactivating a Mac frees an activation; downloaded files remain on your Mac.
Your license
The launch offer is $19.99 USD for one person to use TurboPull on up to two Macs. The planned regular price is $29.99 USD. Applicable taxes are disclosed at checkout.
A purchase provides a permanent license for TurboPull 1 and includes its 1.x updates. This is a one-time purchase with no monthly subscription. Future major versions may be offered as optional paid upgrades; choosing not to upgrade will not expire the purchased license.
Your purchase includes 12 months of email support for installation, activation, and troubleshooting. The permanent TurboPull 1 license and all 1.x updates remain included after that support period. Permanent license validity does not guarantee compatibility forever with future macOS releases or third-party websites. Video platform changes can require updates.
Trial and refunds
A 14-day full-feature trial is available without a payment card. The purchase policy includes a 14-day refund window, as described on the refund page.
Use content you have permission to save
Use TurboPull only to download files and media that you own or are authorized to download, and comply with applicable laws and source-platform terms. A publicly accessible link does not itself establish permission to copy or reuse its content.
TurboPull does not provide access to private or DRM-protected content. It is not affiliated with YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or Internet Download Manager. Their names identify supported sources or product context only.
Availability and performance
Download speed depends on your internet connection, the source server, and available resources. Parallel connections are upper limits rather than a guaranteed speed increase. Some downloads cannot resume, and changed or expired sources may require restarting. Individual video links may become unavailable or require platform verification.
