TurboPull is preparing for its public release. No purchases can be made on this website at present. The policy below describes the refund offer that will apply when sales open.

14 days from purchase

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchasing TurboPull. Email krupesh@turbopull.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. A short explanation can help us improve the app, but is not required to request a refund within the window.

What happens next

We will verify the order and arrange the refund through the payment provider. Refunds go back to the original payment method where supported; processing times depend on the provider and your bank. We do not promise an exact arrival date.

A refunded purchase no longer provides a paid license. Refunding or deactivating a license will not delete files you have already downloaded.
